A free advice for DishTV users

Hey guys, I'm sharing my personal experience with you,,,
I have recharged my DishTV before a couple of minutes, and wooff !! The money was gone away !! After payment, the payment gateway said that payment was done successfully, but DishTV website displayed "Failed due to an technical error". So, for your kind information, do not recharge DishTV via their own website and don't waste money by even calling them. Just have an online chat in DishTV website or use their CALL ME service...
Really I'd definitely prefer PayTM rather than.....
